Apricots in the Caribbean – apricot jam
The jam was created by the MasterChef finalist, Adriana Ihringová, as part of the “Gentlejam from TOP chefs” edition.It uses Caribbean rum with an orange flavor. It is refreshing because Adriana has incorporated lemon peel and juice with tonka beans, which are not so commonly used in our country. The jam is slightly thick, sweeter, but tastes amazing.

Nemala som očakávania, chcela som kúpiť len zaujímavý darček manželovi k narodeninám a zároveň som chcela vyskúšať to, čo toľko ľudí ospevuje. Mňam. Je to niečo špeciálne, delikátne na príjemné chvíle. Chuť je famózna. Krásna kombinácia ovocia a prémiového alkoholu. Potešilo ma, že jam nie mic sladký. Tak akurát. S manželom dávame 5 hviezdičiek a odporúčame.♥️????
